And now we're back to pulling my food subjects randomly! I really wanted to try to make cinnamon rolls from scratch, but couldn't find the time to do it :(
I decided that the Pillsbury Grands! would work fine :)
Food Photography: Week 13 - Apple Pie from Magnolia Bakery
Wednesday, April 10, 2013
Jeff and I went to see Jurassic Park at the Lincoln Center IMAX in the city last weekend and stopped at Magnolia Bakery for a treat. We went to get banana pudding (It's AMAZING!), but the apple pie caught Jeff's eye so we had to get one of those too.
It was good. Not the best apple pie I have ever had, but good :)

Food Photography: Week 12 - Key Lime Pie
Monday, April 8, 2013
A few weeks ago we had Brandy and Marne come over for dinner. Brandy and Marne are one of my favorite couples and I'm always happy to have them over for dinner.
We made homemade ravioli. I really wish I would have taken some pictures since it was quite the process! :( Maybe next time. Marne's mom sent a Key Lime Pie for dessert. It looked so pretty I went all paparazzi on it! It was absolutely delicious!
Thanks Sister Spalding!

Food Photography: Week 11 - Hummas
Saturday, April 6, 2013
I'm behind...I'm behind....I'm so behind! Sorry! I have a few post to share over the next week or two to help catch up. The past three weeks have been tough. I've been sick (you name it and I probably had it) and life has been very busy.
I'm really grateful that this weekend is General Conference! It's just such a relaxing and uplifting weekend.
Some of you may know that my second date with Jeff was watching the second Saturday session of Conference at his house. We ended up talking through most of the session and tuned in just in time for a talk by Elder Holland. I think it was on chastity. hahahaha. Funny.
I remember walking into the living room and finding a platter with veggies, bread and hummas on the coffee table. I didn't believe Jeff when he told me that he made the hummas. It was very good and I was so surprised! :)
Jeff made me humas again today! I hope we make it a tradition, because it's really good hummas :)
Happy Conference weekend everyone!
