In the Hospital - 3 days old
He's a hairy little guy! In the hospital we were able to style his hair with some water, but that's all changed. I can't get this guys hair to stay down! We went to the doctors on Monday and the first thing Dr. Gomez said when he looked at Cohen was, "Cohen must have been wearing a hat!" I said, "Yes, but it doesn't really matter...his hair always looks like this." The truth is that he's starting to look like a troll doll and his hair really should be cut. It think I'm going to try and do it myself. :) I figure it can't be worse than it is now.
Please note the picture of Cohen's ear below. He has the hairiest little ears ever! I looked up hairy baby ears online :) to see when about the hair should fall out. Some people said that their babies had it for over a year.
I guess I'm just stuck with my little hairy guy...but that's ok! I love him for it!
OMG!! + love your blog's name.
ReplyDeleteThanks! My blog was New York themed, but I ended up changing it a year ago. It took me two years to change it...I guess I was wishing I would be going back to NY and then gave up. :(
DeleteI think it's in the genes ! Sebastian and Theo's hair only ever grew upwards... and I had forgotten the hairy ears until now, but I'm pretty sure most of our babies had them !! I love it all though, he is fabulous... celebrate the vertical hair I say ! x
ReplyDeleteOh, so the hair and ears are from the Neus! It's nice that Jeff's contribution is straight up hair and hairy ears. I was worried how his hair would look as he got older, but your kids are adorable, so I feel much better now!
